I have an issue with my Dell XPS 13 where my microphone on Zoom does not pick up my voice even when I am speaking loudly.

If it does pick up my voice, which is very rare, it cuts off the first part of my sentence and is very quiet. I do not have this problem when using Zoom on my phone. But I need to be able to use Zoom on my laptop for work. I have tried changing the microphones in the Zoom settings but it doesn't help. I have checked my microphone settings and they are all on. The microphone works well with other applications like Facebook Hangouts.
